Whether you are buying or selling, Meredith believes that taking a client through the process is very personal, and requires utmost care and attention. Seeing the journey through their eyes and what their vision is for the transition is one of her greatest strengths. Clients appreciate the well-rounded education they receive from her, the in-depth showings (where she’ll even climb into a crawlspace for them!), and the thoughtful gestures that make her truly special.
Meredith grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia around horses, with acreage and other features of more rural and suburban areas. “My specialty is becoming the expert in the area where my clients need me. I sold clients’ horse farms, to then renovate a suburban bungalow for a downsize, or taken clients who live in tight quarters and found them a place to roam on. Whether it is rental property liquidation and custom-built new construction; each transaction brings something new and different to the table.”
Being a professional interior designer laid the groundwork for adding residential sales to her business in 2013 in Richmond, Virginia. Soon after graduating from VCU with degrees in both French and Interior Design, Meredith started her own interior design company and was so successful, she was elected the youngest president of the Virginia Chapter for the American Society of Interior Designers. This role required her taking on many national leadership positions for students all over the country, and inspired her passion for real estate.
Meredith is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Interior Designer (CID), and a professional member of both the National Association of Realtors and American Society of Interior Designers.
In her free time, Meredith volunteers within her church and her children’s schools. She speaks French fluently, and is an avid exercise enthusiast with a state powerlifting title!

Her consistent yoga practice allows her to live life with gratitude. Even if it’s appreciation for her favorite coffee drink: a double shot of espresso with extra salted caramel cold foam! However, her appreciation for the simple things does not mean she treats her real estate career lightly. “This isn’t just a sales job… this is someone’s future and it’s in my hands!” Tamara is driven, persistent and committed to being the best agent she can be for her clients.

Anthony Lineberry is a Richmond native whose real estate experience spans 10 years across multiple states representing individual buyers, sellers, investors, and large public corporations alike. Throughout his career, he has managed the purchase and sale of over $2 billion dollars in real estate across 7,000+ transactions.

Outside of real estate, Anthony enjoys everything thats, well, outside! Fishing, hiking, pickleball or any kind of active sport is how he likes to spend his free time. His favorite cuisine is a medium rare steak (that he probably cooked himself) paired with a glass of cabernet sauvignon or a pinot noir. Favorite vacation: beach. Favorite sports team: Green Bay Packers. Favorite sidekick: Baxter, everyones favorite real estate pup
