Alicia began her real estate career as a site agent at a newer subdivision on the James River. Since joining The Hogan Team, she honed her experience as a buyer’s agent, sales agent and training agent, before being named Director of Sales in June 2017.
Her own successful track record in sales inspired her proven ability to mentor others. Alicia is known for being patient and thorough when serving her clients and helping new team members build their business. With a teaching background of 16 years, her approach is always attentive and hands-on.
Alicia sets the example for her team, and her children, that hard work and motivation can help you achieve anything – as she’s done with great success. Clients and peers alike will also agree that her responsiveness and thoroughness set her apart. “Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions one will make and I treat each one as such, with full dedication to my clients!”
A lifelong Chesterfield County resident, Alicia has an intimate knowledge of Richmond and surrounding areas. She attended VCU where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s in Teaching. Alicia enjoys running in her free time and exploring new culinary adventures with her children.
Laurie was born and raised on a beef cattle farm in Madison County, Virginia, learning the importance of a strong work ethic growing up. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech, and went on to embark on an entire career in customer service, which parlayed into real estate.
After purchasing her second home in 2016 (she bought her first house in Glen Allen at age 25), Laurie decided to pursue her passion for the business, transitioning real estate from being her side passion to her full-time profession. Laurie has not regretted a minute – she loves helping people reach their real estate goals! Joining the Hogan Group, she specializes in residential sales in Virginia in all price ranges, and is committed to being her absolute best at providing top-notch client service.
Laurie goes above and beyond, putting the time and effort in to satisfy the needs of her buyers and sellers. She sees herself in their shoes, relates well to all types of people, and doesn’t quit until the job is done. Laurie proved this in the world of big box retail management and in the utility industry, where she did everything from interacting with executives, to wearing a hard hat and steel toe boots in muddy fields to help fix problems.
Laurie, her husband, and their two daughters reside in Madison County with the family dog. In her free time, she likes baking (especially complicated layer cakes), and pretending she’s a DIY master on home improvement projects.
Ashlee was raised in Bedford County, VA, and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Longwood University (so she really understands that love and appeal to small town living). She has spent the past 10 years teaching Biology in Chesterfield County, and decided that now was the time to pursue her love of real estate. Carrying over her teaching skills into the real estate market, Ashlee is fantastic with organization and attention to detail, and can think quickly to solve any problems that come along the way. She enjoys helping her clients understand their real estate transaction so that they can be confident in the process and trust that she's working hard behind the scenes to get the best deal possible. She has experienced the reality of relocating and buying a home in a completely unfamiliar town, but she also experienced the reality of selling that home that you put so much love into in order to buy (build) the next house of your dreams. She understands the fear of the unknown, and is excited to help you with what you need!
In her free time, she and her husband raise chickens (who have more attitude than Kanye) and 2 dogs who prefer Christmas sweaters and bow ties over leashes and collars.

Gerri is a Richmond native, and has spent most of her life in the RVA area. Stepping away for an undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University, she missed her hometown and quickly returned after graduation. She then obtained her graduate degree in Social Work from VCU and worked as a resident director. Here, she fell in love with helping students turn their dorm rooms into their “home away from home”. With a clinical social work background of over 13 years, her approach is always client centered and enjoys helping others reach their goals.

"This is the biggest decision that anyone can make in their life, being a part of that experience and making it enjoyable is one of the reasons I love my job. Kendal started her real estate career in Property Management as a leasing consultant and quickly climbed the corporate ladder to become a Property Manager. She spent 8+ years managing the property staff, overseeing tenants needs and day to day operations as well as creating a strong sense of community for her residents. I loved being a part of all the transactions, getting to know the clients and marketing the properties . I quickly realized this was something I really enjoyed and became a licensed agent within a year. I met with The Hogan Group shortly after and decided to hang my license."
