Cait Stables came into the world of real estate brokerage in Long Island, NY in 2006. She comes from a strong sales and financial services background. She has sold properties both in Long Island, NY and in the Richmond and surrounding areas. Originally from Long Island, NY, Caitlin lived in Scotland with her Scottish husband, Austin, for a year and a half shortly after getting married. The couple moved back to the US in 2016 and currently reside in Bon Air with their two daughters Ayla and Esme, and their Beagle, Dougal. Caitlin owns and invests in property, and is always looking for great opportunities for her clients whether they are buying, selling or investing.

In addition to spending time with her family, her favorite pastimes outside of work include western horseback riding, hiking, camping, traveling and live music.
