Charlotte began working in marketing at just 18 years old through an internship and has continued to grow her expertise over the years.

Her specialties include creating impactful marketing collateral, maintaining and executing brand guidelines, and developing cohesive campaigns that support business growth and agent success. Having worked extensively in property management marketing, she brings a well-rounded understanding of real estate marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Born and raised in Chester, Virginia, Charlotte is also a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and enjoys spending time there whenever she can. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her cats, her fiancé, and her family.
